There are just times in life when we all need a little refresh.
For me, I've been traveling a ton and working a lot. I have been super busy planning my youngest daughter's high school graduation, running a short-term rental, and lending a hand with my aging mom.
LIFE has been A LOT lately.
So, this May reset couldn't come at a better time.

What kind of exercise is involved?
I recommend mild to moderate exercise during the program, like 3-Day Refresh Yoga Retreat. During the 3-Day Refresh you will use your energy more effectively to help clean up your system if you’re not taxing your muscles with intense exercise at the same time.
When should I Refresh?
3-Day Refresh is the perfect way to kick start clean eating habits for the first time or help look your best for a big event, milestone, or upcoming trip.
It’s best to begin the program when you know you can stay committed and not get sidetracked.
Once your enrollment is complete, I will reach out to you with instructions on how to access our accountability group for the Refresh!
