Check-In

Who doesn't love a checklist?

As they say, if you don't track it, you can't change it!

When you enroll you'll receive a full digital packet designed by yours truly that will help you organize your month, prioritize wellness and help keep you accountable.

Prioritze Your Morning

You don't have to get up at 5am. You don't have to meditate for an hour but you are being asked to prioritize a morning routine.

Choose Your Own Adventure

Unlike other bootcamps that I run on the regular, this fall adventure will be more customizable to your individual needs. For instance, I am not permitted to participate in weight bearing exercise for 8 weeks so I will instead opt for body weight only, indoor cycling and yoga.

Daily Meditation

10 minutes. That's it.

Simplified Nutrition

No diets here!

You will have access to an optional 4 Week Healthy Gut program but again, that is an option!

Whether you are looking to lose, maintain or gain, you will be provided with recipes and meal plans to support yourself in the kitchen.

Community

Weekly ZOOM yoga classes taught by me (optional of course), private Facebook Group, and free accountability group feed via our app.
