With LIIFT MORE, Joel takes weightlifting to a whole new level—and makes it work for everyone. He doesn’t want you training to be like someone else. He wants to help you be the ultimate, most badass version of YOU.

He sticks with the classic weightlifting moves so you can push to your limit. He adds explosive HIIT moves to help strip away fat and reveal your new muscles. He blasts your abs with moves that carve out a tight, strong core. Grab your dumbbells and an adjustable bench, and get after it. It only takes 35–45 minutes, 5 days a week.

LIIFT MORE sticks to Joel's tried-and-true formula of straightforward, no-nonsense strength training and HIIT.

The moves are simple, but he sets a pace that keeps you working hard and makes every minute count. Whether you’ve taken a break from lifting or you’re ready to take your fitness to the next level, make the commitment to build muscle and burn fat and you’ll see a powerful total-body transformation.


You’ll do 40 real-time workouts, 5 days a week, 35–45 minutes a day, for 8 weeks.

In Phase 1 Joel alternates straight weightlifting days with lift + HIIT days to help build strength and lean muscle while burning a ton of calories. Same in Phase 2, but he pumps up the volume and intensity and adds new muscle splits for a whole new challenge. Every workout ends with an ab-focused finisher to help shred and strengthen your core. Joel gives you two days off to rest, or you can add his Upper and Lower Recovery workouts to help your tired muscles bounce back faster so you can come back stronger.
