LeiaMorrisonWellness.com is a personal blog written and edited by Leia Morrison. My blog posts document my life, experiences, workouts, fitness & nutrition tips, and highlight the food that I eat. I am a certified personal trainer and a 500 E-RYT yoga teacher. My blog is simply a documentation of my life. The views I express are mine alone, based on my own experiences, and should not be taken as medical advice.
From time to time, companies will send me products to try, free of cost, which I feature to share my opinion with my readers.
